Returns and Refunds


In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us with at least 24 hours notice before the shipping date for your delivery and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.  Refunds are completed to the same account that was used to place the order.  Refunds are usually completed within 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

Returns & Refunds Procedure

1. If your hamper is dispatched with our Same-Day couriers and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery when they arrive, you hamper will be returned to us and we will contact you to make alternative arrangements for a redelivery. A redelivery fee of $19.95 will be required.

2. If the delivery address for your hamper is located in an area that we are unable to deliver to same-day and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office.  A calling card will be left in the mailbox so that the recipient can arrange to collect it at their convenience.

3. Please note that hampers containing alcohol cannot, by law, be left unattended at the front door.

4. Should you need to cancel your order after it has already been dispatched, we will attempt to arrange for your hamper to be returned to our warehouse. If the return is successful, you will be refunded in full minus the delivery fee(s).  If the hamper is successfully delivered before the order is cancelled, we are unable to arrange a collection of the original hamper.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the hamper or to the paypal account, if this form of payment has been used.  Please note that we will process your refund immediately however it may take 2-3 business days for you to receive the money back in your account.

Faulty Items

At Baby Buds we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.  In the event that your gift is damaged before it is delivered please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the delivery on 1300 222 928 and we will arrange for a new hamper to be sent out to you immediately. We will not ask you to return the damaged hamper, we will simply replace it.

In the event that this is no longer appropriate, we are also happy to discuss alternative resolution options such as providing a credit voucher for use on a future order, an upgrade of the original product or attachment or a partial/full refund depending on the circumstances of your delivery.
