Message from the Founder

I love coming to work and it is important to me that every employee also enjoys the work they do for babybuds.  babybuds doesn't follow a traditional working structure or model, we created our own and believe that the environment we have created results in better outcomes for our employees which then result in better outcomes for our customers.

Family is a priority for myself and for all of our employees.  It is vitally important to me as a mother to be able to care and nurture my family and it is also vital to me, as a motivated thinking woman, to be able to challenge myself and work in a way that satisfies my business drive.  I believe that my own goals are also shared by many parents in our modern world and our aim at babybuds is to work towards allowing our staff to also satisfy both of these important goals in their lives.

babybuds has a very strong staff retention rate which I believe is attributed to our flexible work conditions and fun work culture.  I am proud and fortunate to work with such a motivated, fun and caring group of people and I believe that this is one of the secrets behind our success.

We are regularly looking for great people to join our growing team.  Our team are passionate about offering beautiful and unique baby gifts for baby arrival and for all of baby's occassion's such as baby showers, christening, first birthdays and first christmas.
