Friday Orders:

Please note:

  • We only offer Saturday deliveries for SAME DAY Sydney Metro delivery areas, if order is placed before 11am on Saturday.
  • We do not deliver on weekends to areas outside of the Sydney Metro delivery areas.
  • Orders placed BEFORE 1PM will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the next business day (ie,  Monday*).
  • Orders placed AFTER 1PM on Friday will not be dispatched until the next business day (ie Monday* for arrival on Tuesday).  

PLEASE CONSIDER USING OUR SAME DAY SERVICE FOR SYDNEY METRO AREA DELIVERIES.
* If Monday is a public holiday - on Tuesday.

Hospital Deliveries for Newborn Baby Gifts:

If you choose delivery to a hospital on the arrival of a new baby:

  • Be certain that recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.
  • If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to her home.   If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you.
  • Please do not address the order to the baby.
  • Please ensure to provide us with the mother's full name (and maiden name, if known - quite often the recipient will use her maiden name in hospital).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 Next Business Day Delivery:

Our delivery service works business day to busines day. (Orders received on the weekend that have not requested a SAME DAY delivery in the Sydney Metro area, are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday). 

All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day.

However, deliveries to:

  • regional areas
  • remote areas (eg rural properties)
  • Northern Territory
  • Nth Qld during wet season

generally take between 1 to 2 business days more to arrive at their destination.

We can deliver same business day in Sydney if you order by 1pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturday.  Different freight fees apply for this service. 

Important Note:  we will make every effort to track your order to ensure delivery is made and we will seek to email you a confirmation of delivery as soon as we have been advised that delivery has been made.   Although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control.  We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.

 Overseas Deliveries:

There are 2 options for overseas delivery*.

  • Airmail with insurance (if insurance is available in the country to which delivery is being made) - delivery will be made within 4 to 10 business days to most destinations.
  • Australia Post Courier service - delivery will be made within 2 to 4 business days to most destinations.

The costs are:

  • $35 for Airmail with insurance  (if insurance is available)
  • $90 for Australia Post Courier service.

*Important notes:

  1. Delivery can be delayed if the gift is held up by overseas Customs over which we have no control.
  2. We do not provide overseas delivery for products in the Champagne range of bouquets.
